There’s plenty to entertain the family here in Bath this coming Halloween; a festival that has grown in popularity across recent years.

Cheddar Gorge Caves will be the spooky home to some ghoulish behaviour this All Hallows Eve with some famous characters being brought to life in their world renowned caves, including Frankenstein’s monster no less! Fun for all ages from 27th October until 4th November.

Avon Valley Railway, a firm family favourite destination has a Wizard Adventure Weekend on 26/27th October with the Grand Old School of Wizardry. All aboard to meet some spooky characters….

Avon Valley Wildlife Park has more spooky fun with their Monster Trail, a Creepy Crawly Showcase, Pumpkin Carving and a chance to Trick or Treat too….keep a watch out from October 27th until 4th November!

If you dare, head to The American Museum in Bath from 23rd October for the ‘Week of the Dead Festival’ which promises a family fun trail with prizes and sugar skull making too.

The National Trust’s Prior Park Gardens have their annual Halloween Trail from October 27th until November 4t. Apparently a fright of ghosts has settled in the gardens for the week….follow the spooky trail to win a prize.

Longleat’s Autumn event continues until October 29th ride the Ghost Train, take the Spooky House Tour and follow the Pumpkin Trail….you have been warned.
