I’m Jemima and I am the Guest Reservations and Operations Supervisor. I have a passion for books and history, and will happily regale you with stories about the quirky features and interesting histories belonging to each of our beautiful, listed properties.


Bath Boutique Stays Finance Director

I’m Hana and I coordinate all of the payments between our valued clients and our brilliant suppliers in my role as Finance Director. I set up Bath Boutique Stays with my husband Marcus and we’re proud to offer our guests the chance to know Bath as well as we do.


Bath Boutique Stays Director

I’m Marcus and I am a Bath Boutique Stays’ Director. I have spent a lot of time curating our properties by carefully selecting gorgeous artwork and Georgian props so that our fabulous guests have the very best base from which to explore Bath.

I’m Sarah and I am a true Bathonian. I am Bath Boutique Stays’ marketing coordinator and social media extraordinaire! I will keep you up to date with all of our most recent and exciting happenings. From beautiful new property décor to exciting collaborations, I know it all and have a picture to prove it.


Bath Boutique Stays Housekeepng Team

We are the housekeeping team and we play a pivotal role in providing a great experience for all of our guests. We’re often found dashing around with pillowcases and polish, shampoo and sponges and we do a great job of keeping our properties spic and span.


Bath Boutique Stays Puppy Pal

George is our number one puppy pal and designated cuddle-giver. All of our properties are dog friendly so he gets to enjoy them as much as our guests do!

Our People, Our Planet, Our Properties

We invest in our staff, being our most valuable of assets. We offer flexible working conditions where we can, recognising that many of our staff are parents and that happy people make for a more productive working environment. We keep our staff safe at work by complying with all current Health & Safety directives, and continue to assess our working environments and practices. We make our roles accessible to all where appropriate and support our staff by continued training providing welfare support to all. We don’t discriminate.

We have invested in controlling our environmental waste because we recognise that our day-to-day business activities impact on our local environment and our neighbours. We aim to continue to refine our approach to reducing waste, our energy consumption and water usage by increasing recycling, reducing our carbon footprint and working with our suppliers and guests on laundry, and our consumables. We are committed to reviewing these procedures moving towards an increasingly sustainable business.

We believe we are merely the current custodians of our properties. Many have an important local historical story to tell and we pledge to sympathetically and with great care restore and maintain them.

We are a family led independent business and where we can support other independents and our city and local community where we can.
